A Measure of Life Cycle Blending Capabilities
Our engineers worked to create and utilize a test fixture that would provide data on the number of blend cycles that a Spectrum Brands blender could perform.
Given the demands of the fixture, we develop initial models to evaluate the layout and feasibility of parts and interactions.
From establishing feasibility we move to specifying existing parts and developing custom ones to accomplish the complex engineering tasks of filling, covering, blending, funneling, washing, and data gathering.
Electrical and Software Engineering
Our engineers develop the system of control and behavior between all mechanisms to perform consistent testing. This allows our team to accurately collect performance data from automated tasks.
